This project is a premium residential project situated at Mahim (west), Mumbai.
For the developemtn of the project, the company has entered into a deed partnership known as "Kamanwala Lakshachandi Todays Construction" in which the company has 50% share, M/s Lakshachandi Construction Pvt. Ltd. has 25% share, Mrs. Janhavi Drolia 12.50% share and Miss Akriti Drolia 12.50% share.
The construction work for 30,000 sq.ft. saleable FSI has already commenced. The company has paid Rs.8.00 crores towards its contribution.
