Starting on Saturday, the dna property exhibition will be held at Multipurpose Hall in Cidco exhibition centre in Vashi. Sanjay Bhatia, vice-chairman and managing director of Cidco, will inaugurate the expo while renowned architect Hiten Sethi will be the guest of honour.
With prominent developers showcasing their best properties in Dronagiri, Panvel, Taloja and other areas during the two days, home seekers will have an opportunity to search for their homes under one roof.
Beginning a property search or booking a home during Ganeshotsav is one of the trends visible in the Navi Mumbai market. To cash in on the trend, the Prajapati Group is providing for an Ashta-Vinayak tour for a family of four, if they book a flat during the festive season. “Ganapati is the main festival of Maharashtra, and we want to be a part of it,” said Rajesh Prajapati, managing director of the Prajapati Group. Apart from this, the group has also organised a household Ganapati decoration contest with categories of five days, seven days and 10 days. Factors such as eco-friendliness and use of energy saving technologies will be considered while choosing the winners.
Santosh Shetty of Space India said they have also come up with a number of offers. Apart from discount on stamp duty, the group is also offering a Maestro bike on spot booking. “In Balaji Symphony, we are giving a 60 per cent discount on stamp duty, while there is zero stamp duty and VAT in Arcade Residency residential project in Panvel, which is ready for possession,” he said.
Enkay group, which is developing a township in Taloja Enkay Garden, is located just a km from the upcoming Metro station. The group will display the project during the expo. Meanwhile, the Shelton group is giving Rs.300 discount on per sq feet for booking during these two days. At present, the group has three projects in Nerul and Belapur – Shelton Vista, Shelton Cubic and Shelton Sapphire.
The Gami Group will showcase its 1BHK and 2BHK housing projects in Ulwe and Taloja. Panditji Rathod of Sealink Property informed that the Sealink Group will give equal area of land in Konkan region, if the buyers bought their plots during these two days.
