Those who deface property, take against them
K. Hanumanth Rao, the Joint Secretary of Federation of Residential Welfare Association Twin Cities, requested to governing authorities to take action against them who deface property for right or wrong cause because it’s not good for owner and society both. The more he added that I want to highlight the places in city where people have put the obscene and objectionable posters on the others property. This can be detrimental to the youngsters, college going students and common people too because they might try to copy what they are seeing in those posters and ultimately it is the cause distress for their parents.
However; in past these kinds of activities have also attract the punishment under section-8, which is also known as; “Publishing or displaying obscene posters are prohibited.”, but now its time when we should take the immediate measures to stop these activities because directly and indirectly by both ways these people are spoiling the beauty of this city by putting up these objectionable posters. However; still there is provision in property law to arrest those people who deface public properties, but governing authorities are not taking any action.
According to K. Hanumanth Rao, from past few months we have given innumerable representations in front of government, but they have taken no action till now and due to that now I want to appeal the concern authorities to respond on the mentioned issue, or else we will approach to court which is our last and final option.
