Rohit Sharma buys sea facing flat in South Mumbai

Recently, Indian batsman Rohit Sharma has purchased a sea facing flat in Rs 30 Crore at South Mumbai. Rohit Sharma’s this flat is in the plush Ahuja Towers and it is offering a 270 degree breathtaking view of the Bandra – Worli Sea Link.

Rohit Sharma’s 4 BHK flat is on the 29th floor in Ahuja Towers, which is located in Worli and of the 53 storey. According to officials of the real estate builder, they have pegged at a whopping Rs 30 crore of flat at skyscraping property, which has been received the Occupation Certificate and now it is ready for possession.

It is learnt that Ahuja Towers is providing the premium facilities and amenities such as; a concierge service, business area, salon and spa, sky café, kids play area, gymnasium, mini theatre, snooker room, yoga room, chef on demand, cigar room and swimming pool, which are spread across four levels. According to officials, the location of the property have attracted the cricketer Rohit Sharma because it takes only 20 minutes from Worli to the Wankhede and the time frame is an almost similar to reach the airport, apart from that it has sea link.

However; official spokesperson of Ahuja Constructions has confirmed the deal by stating that “It’s our pleasure to have India’s cricket star as one of our star residents.”
