A villager was killed by three people over property dispute

According to recent news, a villager was killed by three young people due to property dispute. The name of deceased villager was Somnath Pardhi (age; 48 years) and according to reports from past many years he had a long standing property dispute with his nephew Ramdas Pardhi (age; 27 years) from Vangani village, which is under Kulgaon Badlapur township of Thane district and I comes under the police station of Kulgaon, as per statement of sub-inspector L T Bhoi.

Yesterday, Ramdas Pardhi as well as his accomplices Nilesh Sapre (age; 23 years) and Sharukh Shaikh (age; 24 years) attacked on the Somnath Pardhi with a sword, when he was in market of Vangani and they killed him on the spot.  And soon after that all three of them fled from the crime scene.

Based on the complaint of family members of Somnath Pardhi, all three persons were arrested late last night and they booked under the Sections 34 ((acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) and Section of 302 (murder) of Indian Panel Code (IPC) and also the Sections 4 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.  Further investigation is in the process, as per statement of sub-inspector L T Bhoi.
