Sohail Khan purchases property in Dubai

Sohail Khan, Bollywood filmmaker and the younger brother of superstar Salman Khan, has become the latest Indian celebrity to purchase property in Dubai.

Confirming the purchase of several apartments at the pre-launch event, he said, “This is a family investment. These apartments will make ideal homes when we all travel to Dubai.”

The project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2016. ‘Signature Residences’, comprising eight floors, feature fully-furnished and exclusive contemporary interiors by California-based award-winning architect, Tony Ashai. Ashai,  a well known name in UAE, has worked on innovative projects in the past such as Dubai Lifestyle City, Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard in Ras Al Khamiah and the Santori Resorts.

Designed by architects H-AO, the Burj Pacific was founded by Manoj H Rathod. By providing stunning sights of the city’s most popular district, Burj Pacific is an excellent investment, with easy access to The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa stated Parvez Khan, Chairman, Pacific Ventures.

The Wolf of Wall Street, Leonardo Di Caprio purchased his private island Belize in 2005 for a reasonable amount of $1.75 million! The star plans to build an 80-room eco-friendly beach villa with a solar-powered air strip installed on the island for visitors to fly and come!

Nicholas Cage

Although not his first venture into island real estate, Nicholas Cage purchased Leaf Cay in the Bahamas with a view to creating an exotic getaway for himself. This bungalow has great interiors as well as concept as it also has private office of King Khan. However; ShahRukh Khan had bought his bungalow from the Bai Khorshed Bhanu Sanjana Trust and later he named it as Mannat which means is “a Vow to the Gods”.
