All the leading real estate players in Middle East are bullish about high Indian investments because most of the prolific foreign investors in real estate market are about to come, as per the official statistics which shows that Indians have invested more than Rs 30,000 crore in last one year in the Dubai properties. Now day’s Indian real estate investors are showing their interest in Dubai market because its much attractive and high ROI provider as well as it is in close proximity to India.

In Dubai, Indians are the most prolific overseas investors for the year 2015 with more than 3,017 transactions valued at more than $2 billion. According to Ranjeet Chavan, Director of SPF Realty, “In last few years, Dubai has emerged as the prime investment destination for Indians. High profile Indians are giving second-home status to Dubai because a huge number of Indians are living in Dubai to earn their livelihood and they tend to invest money with long-term perspective. While commenting on the hassle-free procedures, which offered by the Dubai realty market, Director of SPF Realty Kalpesh Sampat stated that “The key element offered by the Dubai property market is that they don’t have to face complex procedure as they used to face in India, because in Dubai you will get hassle-free purchase procedures such as; you don’t have to deal with Income tax and other sections”. The more he added that under the quick transaction procedures Indian can get their money as a seller in 10 days as cash or in 45 days in case of a mortgage.
