Film makers and celebrities are known to purchase empty plots or apartments with their earnings, as real estate seems to be the best investment option for them.

While actor Mahesh Babu bought a few acres near Ocean Park in Gandipet on the outskirts of Hyderabad, Other celebs like Nagarjuna & Pawan Kalyan also invest a great deal in real estate business.

As per grapevines, actor Ram Charan, who made his Bollywood debut with Zanjeer recently, is planning to buy a piece of land in a high-class area of Mumbai to construct a luxurious house for himself.

After Mega family Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan who own huge farm houses in the outskirts of the city, Mahesh babu is all set to follow suit. While the former superstars use their properties as a family holiday getaway and visit there during festivals, Mahesh Babu also seems to have similar plans.

According to sources, Mahesh has purchased a land near Ocean Park beside Gandipet Lake. He plans to commence the construction of his new abode shortly.

Well, we must say, this is a nice way to gift oneself especially when Babu’s big release Brahmotsavam is slated to hit the movie halls this summer!
