6th Property Show by TREDA

Real estate developers, investors and buyers can expect rise in residential property prices by 10 to 15 per cent within one year of duration in Hyderabad.

As per the statement of P Dasharath Reddy, President of TREDA (Telangana Real Estate Developers Association), it is expected that prices in real estate market will remain low in Hyderabad in comparison of rest of the nation. However; we are expecting that there will be 10 to 15 per cent hike in the prices of residential space in Hyderabad in next 6 to 12 months period. On a query about the outlook of real estate industry, P Dasharath Reddy stated that “Now after bifurcation of state (from Andhra Pradesh) real estate market is stabilizing. After stagnation in the industry in Hyderabad, with positive view of the Telangana government and after many announcements to attract investors for investment in state, the real estate market is now looking upward, which is definitely great news for construction and real estate sector in state.

As per the statement of another TREDA official, “Now Private Equity (PE) investors are looking towards the Hyderabad and they are in talk with major real estate developers because they are planning to come forward with investments in the next 6 to 8 months”. TREDA (Telangana Real Estate Developers Association) have also launched their own mobile app, which will help the users to do the property search as well as this mobile app will also provide information on the forthcoming property show.

Today, TREDA (Telangana Real Estate Developers Association) announced that the 6th TREDA Property Show will commence from October 2 at HITEX exhibition centre, Hyderabad. It will be three day property show where residential and commercial real estate developers will showcase their latest projects and properties. It is expected that there will be more than 180 stalls by real estate developers, housing finance companies, builders, suppliers, banks and material manufacturers and they all will offer their latest properties and services to prospective buyers under one roof.

South India Property Exhibitions

Before few years, In Gulf, Middle East and Europe South India Property exhibitions were take place for those who want to remain connected with their roots and want to invest in their respective home town, But now trend is changing and now Mumbai is one of the favorite spot to hold these kinds of property exhibitions, which are helping investors to buy property in Kerala and other south Indian states.

It was the 28^th edition of exclusive South Indian Property exhibition where real estate developers have showcased their property which is located in Kerala, Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore. However the location for event was the Gloria Banquet hall in Ovala.

In South India Property exhibition more than 17 real estate developers came to showcase their more than 100 projects, including; apartments, villas and plots, which are located in south India and price is ranging from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore. The name of few developers are; Puruvankara, Sreerosh properties, Veracious, Abad builders, Alfa venures Baashyam, Hoysala Projects, which are affiliated with Confederation of Real Estate Authority of India (CREAI) for their respective states. According to some of the real estate experts, all the projects are offering beautiful scenic spots with all the needed facilities and amenities with natural surroundings.
