Well known international reality TV personality Kim Kardashian and her Kanye West, who is rapper by profession have bought a sprawling home in Los Angeles at the price of $ 9 million plus renovation cost of $ 2 million in year 2013, but now according to reports they have listed their Bel Air mansion at the price of $ 20 million. Apart from splurging the Bel Air mansion, this couple has also bought another palatial mansion in Hidden Hills region and later they decided to move in this property. In August 2014, this couple purchased the house, which features a vineyard, two swimming pools, 10 bathrooms and eight bedrooms because they were tired of waiting for the extensive renovations at Bel Air property. In the starting of 2015, couple also bought an over$ 2 million house next door to the property with an aim to expand their property in coming years.

According to close source of couple, “Kanye wants to show off his property of Hidden Hills mansion as they as they are done with the finished renovations, but Kanye have an eye for beautiful interiors and fashion and now he want to show off his choice and selection as his greatest work at the mansion. The more sources added that “Kanye thinks that his property will influence a generation of how young, hip, urban couples and their families will want to decorate their residences”. Apart from that Kim also wants to show off her over-the-top and closet property as well as garage with their luxury cars.
