CBRE bags contract for 1.8 million sq ft facility management

Property consultant CBRE has been appointed as the facility management service provider for 1.8 million sq ft commercial project of Assotech Realty, the company said in a statement. CBRE, which is a global leader in real estate services, would manage Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC) project in Noida.

In this commercial project, Assotech Realty is developing around 1.6 million sq ft of office space, 75,000 sq ft of high-end retail and 200 serviced apartments wherein about a million sq ft is almost completed in the first phase.

CBRE India is a division of the international giant CBRE which manages more than 2.5 billion sq ft of real estate space globally. CBRE India manages about 100 million sq ft of properties across 85 cities and towns with over 2000 professionals on its rolls.

“Under the ambit of facility management for the entire 1.8 million sq ft, CBRE will provide housekeeping, security and parking management among other services,” Assotech Realty Director Marketing Salil Kumar said.
