Madhuri Dixit is buying residential and commercial property

It seems that Madhuri Dixit is interested in property as before some days ago she had bought office space of 3,000 sq ft area in Maurya Landmark near Infiniti Mall, Andheri, Mumbai with an aim to kickstart her film production unit with husband Dr Shriram Nene. According to recent reports, now days Madhuri Dixit is on house hunting and because of that she is checking out bigger properties in suburban areas of Mumbai. As per sources, Actress was spotted for checking out apartment in multi-storied building in Versova, Mumbai and it is well known fact that this building is home of many Bollywood actor and actresses.

To kickstart her film production unit :

According to reports, two weeks ago Madhuri Dixit has bought a flat of 2,000 sq ft area in Juhu in the same building. Last week, people spotted her at the Bandra Registrar’s office regarding the registration of her latest property purchase. However; Madhuri Dixit is still unavailable for comment, but her friend told the media that Dr Shriram and Madhuri Dixit are looking for more space and their new house is good in terms of investment. The more he added that their new flat is lovely and actress is very much excited and interested to get the interiors done by top designers. She is very happy with new property purchase because now she is back in Mumbai where her heart always was. Her husband Dr Shriram is very supportive and it is expected that soon he will do something good and big in his medical profession. According to reports her office in Andheri is almost ready and now most of the filmmakers are keen interested to deal with her as she has spent a lot of successful years in Indian film industry.

For house she is checking out properties in Versova :

As per Madhuri, “After returning to Mumbai, it was always in my mind and these days I am looking some places, but still I have to finalize. House hunting is very long and complicated process”. Madhuri is looking for the bigger spaces because her two sons Arin and Ryan are growing up and in near future they will need more space. She stated that “It is just beginning, let’s see where it leads to. However; presently actress is living in Juhu.
